Reservations & Check-In

• Valid government ID is mandatory for all guests at check-in
• Check-in & check-out times will be as per hotel policy
• Early check-in/late check-out subject to availability & charges

Payments

• Full payment may be required at the time of check-in or booking

• Rates are subject to taxes & may vary during peak seasons

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Booking cancellation rules apply as per reservation policy
• No-show bookings may not be eligible for a refund

Guest Responsibilities

• Guests must maintain room cleanliness & property decorum
• Damages to hotel property will incur charges
• Illegal activities, nuisance, or misconduct is prohibited
• Visitors are allowed only as per hotel rules

Prohibited Activities

• Smoking in non-smoking rooms
• Possession of illegal substances/firearms
• Commercial photography without permission

Hotel Rights

• Deny admittance to anyone violating hotel rules
• Cancel bookings under exceptional circumstances
• Charge for repair/damage or unpaid bills

Liability

• The hotel is not responsible for loss of personal belongings
• Use of hotel facilities is at guest’s own risk
• Valuables should be kept safely or deposited at reception (if available)
